CAD Files of Coding Products: To provide our customers with a convenient way to integrate our coding and marking products into CAD drawings of their production or inspection machinery, we are in the process of adding 2D CAD files to our website.

Getting all the files prepared and posted will take some time. If you have an immediate need for a drawing which has not been posted, please contact our Engineering Department for assistance.

CAD Files in AutoCAD .dwg R12 Format: Since most of the CAD systems on the market have the capability of importing the relatively small AutoCAD .dwg drawing files, we have chosen to offer this format. To ensure compatibility with users of older CAD systems, these files are posted in Version R12 format. If you cannot read these files and require a .dxf format file, please contact our Engineering Department for assistance.
Universal USMR-20AF Micro-Spray Markers: This file includes front, back, right and left hand and top views. The dimensions of the USMR-20 model are identical but do not include the Fluid Adjusting Screw and Lock Nut on the rear of the marker.
Universal USM-GFR Gravity Feed Reservoirs: This file includes side views of the USM-GFR-16, USM-GFR-32, USM-GFR-64 and USM-GFR-128 Models.
Universal Mini-Coder - Porous Models: This file features top and side views of both the MC-10 and MC-20 Series, Indexing and Non-Indexing Models.
Universal Mini-Coder - Non-Porous Models: This file features an MC-10NI-NPRT Model with both top and side views. The coder Mounting Bracket is detailed separately.
Universal Midsize Coder - Porous Models: This file features top and side views of the MS-120, MS-150, MS-180, MS-220, MS-250 & MS-280 Models.
Universal Midsize Coder - Non-Porous Models: This file features top and side views of the MS-120, MS-150, MS-180, MS-220, MS-250 and MS-280 Series Non-Porous Coders in both side and top mount configurations.
Universal Conveyor Line Printers - Porous Models: This file includes drawings of the CLP-100, CLP-200, CLP-300 & CLP-400 Models.
Universal Conveyor Line Printers - Non-Porous Models: This file includes drawings of the CLP-100-NPLT, CLP-200-NPLT, CLP-100-NPLS and CLP-200-NPLS Models.
Universal Gang Mounting Assemblies: When mounting multiple coders across a production line the Universal Saddle Bracket Assembly and extruded aluminum structural bridge material make installation easy. This drawing shows two of the CLP-100NI-NPLT Coders mounted across a conveyor line. The Saddle Bracket Assemblies can be used with all of the fixed mount coders including the Mini-Coders, Midsize Coders and Conveyor Line Printers - both Porous and Non-Porous models. Simply specify the length of the MRM-MC-1530 Extruded Bridge required for your application and order the appropriate number of Saddle Brackets. Custom designed mounting plates for the support of the bridge ends will be quoted upon request.
Universal WPNP-400NI Web Printers: This file includes both top and side view drawings of the WPNP-400NI & WPNP-400NI-T Models. Please note that the only difference between the US and Metric versions is the diameter of the print drum where the Ribtype is installed. This detail is not shown on the drawing file and is insignificant for installation purposes.
Universal WPNP-400NI-12 Web Printers: This file includes both top and side view drawings of the WPNP-400NI-12 Model.
Universal WPNP-400NI-PIDS Web Printers: This file includes both top and side view drawings of the WPNP-400NI-PIDS & WPNP-400NI-T-PIDS Models. Please note that the only difference between the US and Metric versions is the diameter of the print drum where the Ribtype is installed. This detail is not shown on the drawing file and is insignificant for installation purposes.
